INvolve is a global network and consultancy championing diversity and inclusion in business. To help your organization to assess how they are performing on diversity and inclusion from an employee perspective, they have asked for INvolve (data processor) to conduct this independent survey.
Due to the nature of this survey, you will be asked to provide data relating to you, including sensitive data relating to your ethnicity and if you have a disability.
However, this information will not lead to identify you as an individual:
- Only your organization has access to your identity and email address (in order to send you the link to the survey).
- Survey responses are received in an anonymous form directly by INvolve and will be treated as confidential.
- Your organization will receive a report of the summary of findings from this survey, but INvolve does not share any information that could identify an individual, a group or a team nor raw data. If you choose to submit a written comment within the survey, please ensure that you do not make direct or indirect reference to yourself or to any other person that may be identifiable by reading your comments (e.g. by providing names or comments/descriptions that clearly refer to a specific person.)
This survey is conducted based on your company’s legitimate interest to improve inclusiveness and diversity within the company. The collection of sensitive data is subject to your express prior consent.
Participation in the survey is voluntary.
Your survey response will only be used for the reasons outlined above and will be stored by Qualtrics (the survey platform – Qualtrics cannot view or use any data shared) and INvolve. All data will be stored in the European Economic Area. INvolve will delete your response within 60 days of the summary report being submitted to your company.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the data collected in this survey then you can contact INvolve at:

You also have the right to raise concerns with Information Commissioner’s Office on 0303 123 1113 or at https://ico.org.uk/concerns/, or any other relevant supervisory authority should your personal data be processed outside of the UK, if you believe that your data protection rights have not been adhered to.
