INvolve is a membership organisation and consultancy championing diversity and inclusion in business. To help your organisation to assess how they are performing on diversity and inclusion from an employee perspective, they have asked for INvolve to conduct this independent survey.

By taking part in this survey, you are consenting to INvolve using your submitted data for this purpose.

Due to the nature of this survey, you will be asked to declare voluntary information about personal characteristics (e.g. your race, religion, or if you have a disability), but this information will not be used to identify you as an individual.

Survey responses are received directly by INvolve and will be treated as confidential. Your organisation will receive a report of the summary of findings from this survey, but INvolve does not share any information that could identify an individual, group or team. If you choose to submit a written comment within the survey which identifies yourself, or another, then this will be reviewed and any identifying personal information will be removed prior to being provided to your organisation.

Your survey response will only be used for the reasons outlined above and will be stored by Typeform (the survey platform) who store all data in both the EU and US (under EU-US Privacy Shield protection) and INvolve who store data in the EU. INvolve will delete your response within 60 days of the summary report being submitted to your organisation.
