Delegates undertake a stakeholder mapping exercise to assess strengths, development areas, and strategies for building key relationships essential for career growth.

Delegates learn to identify the performance indicators organizations value when determining readiness for career progression.

Delegates develop skills to navigate career conversations and build an effective career action plan to explore progression pathways.
Coaching Circles
Every module is followed by expert-led, peer-to-peer coaching circles that offer a safe, supportive space for reflection and career development. We also invite senior industry leaders to share inspiration and practical insights from their own journeys.
On selected cohorts, delegates can select a coaching circle that aligns with their own identity, providing space for deeper connection, shared lived experiences, and tailored support.
