Our suite of diversity and inclusion training addresses both specific and broad issues across the spectrum of inclusion. Trainings are tailored to audience, industry and strand of diversity, while always maintaining an intersectional lens.
Our facilitators guide participants through concepts in a personal and interactive fashion, focusing on practical actions participants can take back to the workplace and apply on a daily basis.

Exploring the benefits and impact of remote working on your diverse talent, this training examines how we can be embed inclusion and belonging for all colleagues, no matter their day to day working environment.
Conscious Inclusion takes unconscious bias training a step further by encouraging the development of practical checkpoints and solutions to reduce bias. Conscious Inclusion is about taking practical action to tackle biases, rather than
just raising awareness that they exist.

An interactive training that equips participants with practical tools to behave more inclusively. We take the audience through a variety of quick, experiential exercises that help make inclusion more personal to each individual, as well
as develop their empathy and understanding of other people’s lived experiences.
Ethnicity & Identity
Introduces key concepts around race, ethnicity, identity & cultural inclusion. We explore varied ethnic minority/people of color experiences in the workplace and define some of the key language and nuances around race and ethnicity. The session ends with practical and personalised hints and tips on being more aware & inclusive of colleagues of all backgrounds.
This training can be general or tailored to focus on specific groups and their experiences such as Black inclusion in the workplace.

This training helps participants gain an understanding of the role they play as leaders of the organisation and as custodians of the culture of the business. It offers leaders a closer look at their own inclusive leadership style and the
culture of the wider organisation.
Effective Networks Workshop
This training is designed for employee networks at any stage of their development, from beginner to advanced. It focuses on helping networks to establish themselves as business resources, expand their reach and impact and develop more
cohesive objectives and strategies.
Allyship: How to be an active ally and advocate for diversity.
This training explores how to be a more active ally and advocate for marginalised groups. It explores the basics around language and takes participants through a journey to better understand the experiences of underrepresented groups in the workplace.
Sessions can be run with a specific focus in mind (i.e. LGBT+ allyship or ethnic minority advocacy) or as more generalised sessions focused on the importance of intersectionality and on being an effective ally across communities.
