Supporting Inclusion Globally

Since 2013, INvolve have been working closely with some of the world's largest and most successful brands to drive cultural change and create inclusive workplaces where any individual can succeed. Over this time we have helped over a hundred different organisations in the UK, US, Ireland and beyond to address their key diversity and inclusion challenges and provided an effective platform for best practice to be shared across companies, industries and geographical borders.

We have many different approaches to addressing diversity and inclusion challenges which can be specifically tailored to your firm - whether you already have an established D&I strategy, or are just starting out on your inclusion journey.

Although we often work on solutions specific to LGBT+, ethnic minority, and gender inclusion we always maintain an intersectional lens to ensure initiatives benefit all and contribute to wider cultural shift. 

Leadership Development

We help organisations tap into their diverse talent pool by offering leadership and executive development programmes for women, LGBT+ and ethnic minority talent and ally/advocate leaders. All of these programmes are delivered cross-company so individuals can share experiences and insights from across varying sectors as well as take advantage of peer-to-peer networking opportunities.  

Emerging Leaders' Programme
Our Emerging Leaders’ programme is an intensive development programme for high potential diverse talent. The programme is designed to build confidence, capability and leadership skills to help emerging talent transition into more senior roles. As well as serving to inspire and inform, our programme equips future leaders with the tools to proactively shape and progress their own careers.

Global Mentoring Programme
Our unique cross-industry mentoring programme brings together emerging diverse talent and senior business leaders from throughout our global network in mentoring partnerships. Our mentoring programme aids in the career development of diverse talent and provides a platform to help individuals address specific business challenges, actively fostering diverse talent pipelines.

Intersectional Executive Sponsor Roundtables
Executive Sponsor Roundtables bring together a small group of business leaders in an informal setting to share insights on key issues in diversity and inclusion. These senior level discussions offer an open and honest forum for sponsors to share challenges, identify practical steps for success and optimise opportunities for collaboration.

Intersectional Leadership Roundtables
Leadership Roundtables are designed to support those championing inclusion internally at their firms, including D&I and HR leads. These informal discussions bring together inclusion experts from across our network to solve and address common D&I challenges and uncover opportunities for progress. 

Intersectional Effective Network Series
Our Effective Network Series brings together network leads and committee members from employee resource groups to address the common challenges networks and resource groups face. Working across industries and networks, the series encourages collaboration and sharing of best practice to help create meaningful strategies for development.


The INvolve Network

Our suite of diversity and inclusion training addresses both specific and broad issues across the spectrum of inclusion. Trainings are tailored to audience, industry and strand of diversity, while always maintaining an intersectional lens. Our facilitators guide participants through concepts in a personal and interactive fashion, focusing on practical actions participants can take back to the workplace and apply on a daily basis.

We also offer bespoke trainings, which our experienced D&I consultants can work with you to co-develop. Our trainings can be delivered both in person and online and can be complimented with toolkits.

Focus Groups
Our focus groups create open and safe spaces for your teams to share their lived experiences and are designed to provide key insights into employee experiences which might otherwise be missed. These insights are then developed into a qualitative data report used to drive an evidence-based inclusion strategy. 

We can also utilise this qualitative data to shape workshops and tailor further trainings for maximum impact at your organisation.

Having gained an understanding of what your organisations culture means in practice, we’ll work with you to develop specific toolkits on the fundamentals of inclusion at your organisation. We’ll also include tips and best practice on role modelling and the roles and importance of being an ally and a sponsor. All our toolkits are tailored to the specific needs of your organisation.

Advisory Services

Our advisory services bring our experience from working with over a hundred different organisations directly to address your organisation's key D&I challenges. For those that don’t know where to start, our benchmarking tools will take the temperature of your organisation and isolate where the key opportunities for progress lie. We then have a wide range of approaches which are tailored to your firm's inclusion objectives for maximum impact.

RADAR Benchmarking Tool

RADAR is our flagship diagnostic and benchmarking tool and can be used to assess the position of your organisation in relation to inclusion, and also to give specific insights into the real life experiences of your employees across diverse characteristics (LGBT+, gender, and ethnicity).

RADAR is specifically designed to enable organisations to set a benchmark from which to monitor growth and evaluate effectiveness of current or new programmes and initiatives. Our recommendations are practical to implement and easy to measure.
