Being an INvolve Partner allows your firm to engage with LGBT+, ethnic minority and gender inclusion. We provide Partners with the skills, knowledge, network and resources to drive cultural change and create inclusive workplaces which embrace the wide scope of diversity and intersectionality.

What are the benefits?

INvolve partners get access to our full annual series of events and programmes covering both an LGBT+ and ethnic minority focus. In addition, partners are also invited to participate in new events and initiatives covering the wider sphere of diversity and receive additional opportunities to join our project working groups and participate in research to advance the discussion and establish best practice.

We help our Partners tap into their diverse talent pool by offering leadership and executive development programmes for LGBT+ and ethnic minority talent and ally/advocate leaders. These include our Emerging Leaders’ Programme, Mentoring Programme and Leadership Roundtables.

inclusion solutions

Partners get access to our inclusion solutions, scoping exercises which could entail focus groups, inclusion labs or more tailored workshops to uncover any latent D&I challenges your firm may be facing.

research and resources

Our Partners get access to diversity & inclusion best practice and key research across the full spectrum of issues which affect those belonging to one, or many different, minority groups.


We run a series of inspirational leadership, thought-leadership and community-focused events showcasing role models, driving engaging discussions and exploring challenges and opportunities in diversity and inclusion. Every year, we also host international summits, bringing our D&I expertise to international audiences.

We invite the voice and participation of Partners in advancing the diversity discussion and understanding of best practice. This can include contributions to research, thought leadership or involvement with our project working parties.
