Our inclusion services are comprised of our standard Inclusion Solutions as well as our advisory services. Each can be tailored to your firm’s specific diversity and inclusion challenges. From our unique Conscious Inclusion training, to large-scale organisational change projects, our inclusion services tackle a multitude of D&I challenges.
INvolve Partnership provides access to a whole range of benefits designed to support your organisation’s inclusion journey and champion diverse employees and their advocates. INvolve Partners have access to our global network for best practice, as well as reserved places on our full suite of leadership development programmes. They also receive invites to our wide range of annual events, discounts on our range of inclusion services, opportunities to collaborate on research and thought-leadership and exclusive access to new initiatives and programmes.
Our inclusion solutions allow one of our specialists to identify specific D&I challenges and the key issues affecting your organisation. Following our engagement, we will provide guidance on how our range of resources, events, programmes, and inclusion services can be best applied to advance your inclusion journey. We also run focus groups and workshops focused on a specific challenge you are facing, or utilise them as broader scoping exercises to unpick any latent D&I challenges or opportunities to enhance the diversity of the talent pipeline at your organisation.More Info
Our advisory services bring our experience from working with over a hundred different organisations directly to you and your key D&I challenges. For those that don’t know where to start, our benchmarking tools will take the temperature of your organisation and isolate where the key opportunities for progress lie. We then have a wide range of approaches which are tailored to your firm for maximum impact.More Info
RADAR is our flagship diagnostic tool and can be used to assess the position of your organisation in relation to inclusion, and also to give specific insights into the real life experiences of your employees across diverse characteristics (LGBT+, gender, and ethnicity). It is intentionally designed to enable organisations to set a benchmark from which to monitor growth and evaluate effectiveness of current or new programmes and initiatives.Contact us for More Info
