Suki Sandhu OBE

Founder and CEO

As a globally recognised expert in talent, diversity and inclusion, Suki is proud to support organisations who are changing the face of global business. Suki received an OBE in the 2019 New Year’s Honours list for Services to Diversity in Business and is proud to be a Stonewall Ambassador, Patron for The Albert Kennedy Trust, and Board Director of OutRight Action International. Suki set up the ‘The Suki Sandhu LGBTQI Asia Fund’, managed by GiveOut, in 2018 to help fund the global struggle for LGBTQI rights. Suki is also the Founder and CEO of Audeliss, a global boutique executive search firm specialising in diverse appointments.

Felicity Hassan

US Managing Director

Felicity has built a successful career in executive search both on the agency side and in house. She started her career in London and moved to New York in 2008. Felicity is passionate about leading two business entities dedicated to putting purpose before profit, driving change by providing uncompromising solutions to both source and retain diverse talent.

Justin Firth

Director of Digital, Marketing & Events

Justin has over 10 years of digital marketing experience, with an emphasis on technology and people. At INvolve, Justin oversees the wide range of exciting events, initiatives and campaigns we do to engage with clients and others with a passion for more inclusive work spaces. Justin is particularly passionate about the potential of technology to drive positive change and help level the playing field when it comes to opportunity within business.

Alexandra Evreinoff

Director of Advisory and Inclusion

Alex has worked at INvolve for almost seven years as one of the first to join and has been responsible for orientating an amazing range of clients around positive actions to support minority talent. Before INvolve, Alex worked in recruitment in London, and as a partnerships manager at a University in South Texas. She’s half Spanish, half French and grew up between Brazil, Spain and France – with a stint in the US - so always looks at diversity through an international lens. She has spoken at numerous events (in four different languages) as a panellist, moderator and keynote.

Client Engagement Team

Jonathan Weir

Country Manager, Ireland

Jon worked his way through journalism, publishing and PR and found himself increasingly drawn to work that actually made a difference directly in people’s lives, coming to INvolve after 2 years in a homeless charity and volunteering with several LGBT community projects in Dublin. Jon manages our growing Ireland network, engaging with our amazing members and reaching out to new organisations to join. Jon loves the relationships he has forged with many senior leaders who inspire him as much as they do their own teams.

Tara O'Connell

Client Engagement Executive (Ireland)

Prior to joining INvolve, Tara worked as a translator with Amnesty International, Embassy of Mexico in Ireland and volunteered in a crisis centre for victims of human trafficking. Previous to that, Tara worked as a European Account Manager with Siebel Systems. Tara now manages Client Engagement across our Irish membership and supports engagement and delivery of programmes and events in Ireland. Tara most enjoys working alongside the INvolve team and our members which together are dedicated to making the workplace more inclusive.

Sujatha Zafar

Senior Client Engagement Manager (US)

Having taken a career break as a full time mother, Sujatha is now a self-described full time D&I junkie. Sujatha now works at INvolve, focusing on business development and account management/ Sujatha also manages US outreach for our OUTstanding, HERoes and EMpower lists. Sujatha is excited about spreading our mission of diversity and inclusion in business across the US.

Joe Parker

Client Engagement Manager

Joe joined INvolve as a Client Engagement Manager following a five year career working in advertising agency as a client account manager. He manages client relationships including engaging with existing partners and reaching out to potential new partners. He has worked to set up LGBT+ networks in the advertising industry and regularly speaks on the topic of LGBT+ inclusion in advertising. He is also currently studying for a degree in English Literature, focusing on the history of LGBT+ literature.

Communications, Marketing and Digital Team

Matthew Riley

Brand and Communications Manager

Matthew’s background is in creative direction, PR and communications. Prior to joining INvolve, he worked in fashion and design communications, but has always had a strong interest in queer history and diversity. As our Brand and Communications Manager, Matthew oversees the communications strategy and external brand voice of INvolve, focusing on social media, partnerships, content and PR. It’s Matthew job to make sure we’re looking and sounding as sharp as possible, and that the great work being done at INvolve and our partner organisations gets seen and heard.

Ryan Vincent

Member Engagement Executive (UK)

Ryan started his career in advertising and marketing, working across a range of both agency and in-house roles before joining INvolve. At INvolve, Ryan provides inclusion related communications support to organisations across all stages of their D&I journeys. Ryan also supports on the advisory arm of INvolve, working on bespoke briefs to solve a number of inclusion related challenges for companies. Ryan encourages companies to make inclusion human again, involving people across all levels of the organisation through engagement strategies and stimulating communications.

Dale Hall

Role Modelling Manager (UK)

Dale started his career teaching English in a Sixth Form College for three years, before completing a Masters in Creative Writing and joining INvolve. Dale now manages the organisation and delivery of our annual OUTstanding, EMpower and HERoes Role Modelling Lists. Dale loves seeing the responses from those who have been chosen for our lists and knowing that we’re celebrating the hard work our Role Models are doing to advance diversity and inclusion.

Makeda Seaton

Digital marketing Executive (UK)

Makeda is a recent graduate with one year of Marketing experience under her belt, previously focusing on content creation and community management. Now looking after INvolve’s digital marketing, Makeda implements new digital platforms, manages newsletters and runs the company website. Makeda is especially driven to implement new platforms and digital solutions to help the business serve our clients in new and exciting ways.

Neha Vyas

Social Media Executive (UK)

Neha is our Social Media Executive and is responsible for driving Involve’s digital presence across a variety of social channels. Neha has worked within marketing since 2015 and has fulfilled numerous functions within the field that have led directly to revenue growth and brand development. At INvolve, Neha is responsible for developing our social media and online presence through the creation and dissemination of news and materials relevant to our member organisations and wider audiences. Neha is most excited to drive forward diversity and inclusion by using social media as a tool to create spaces for discourse and to connect with like-minded individuals and organisations.

Events and Programmes Team

Rachel Gardham

Head of Events and Programmes

Rachel started at INvolve in 2013 as a research intern for the very first OUTstanding Top 50 LGBT+ Executives list. Rachel now manages events, taking the lead on the role modelling events series, encompassing international events, and our larger, more high profile events. She is also responsible for the global events and programmes strategy. A familiar face within the London LGBT+ business network, Rachel is a vocal advocate for LGBT+ inclusion and frequently advises and speaks on the topics of bisexuality, identity and role modelling.

Sophie Baldwin

Events and Programmes Manager (UK)

Having worked in the Events Industry for just under 10 years both in the UK and Australia, Sophie is now INvolve’s Events & Programmes Manager. Sophie organises and manages, from conception to completion, events here at INvolve. Sophie chiefly focuses on our Role Modelling Events, which encompasses our spectacular Gala Dinners and Nomination Launches. Every year, Sophie strives to ensure our Role Models are celebrated and acknowledge in exceptional fashion and is deeply humbled and proud to be part of shining the spotlight on so many inspiring individuals year after year.

Frankie Spivey

Events and Programmes Manager (UK)

Before working at INvolve, Frankie worked at youth charity The Diana Award running youth programmes and managing events and award ceremonies. Frankie is also the founder of the charity Free Cakes for Kids Lambeth, providing disadvantaged and underprivileged children with free cakes on their birthday. Frankie is responsible for managing, developing and delivering all of our programmes for INvolve members. Frankie is passionate about our team, our goal and making a difference.

Georgina Hewison

Events and Programmes Executive (UK)

Georgina began her career marketing, communications & events, promoting new research and business development opportunities at the University of East Anglia. Georgina now assists in the development and delivery of INvolve’s varied calendar of events and programmes globally. Georgina is constantly inspired by the incredible indivduals who speak at our events and loves receiving feedback on the impact our events have on audiences.


Parke Ballantine

Events Specialist (US)

A passionate advocate for Diversity & Inclusion, Parke has focused her career on creating impactful experiences and messaging that spark change and cultivate connection. With a BA in Ethnic Studies from Mills College and an MBA from Northeastern University, she has worked with global teams to increase inclusion and promote values driven leadership in marketing and business operations. As a member of the INvolve US Team, Parke leads the delivery of Events and Programmes in the US. Parke also sits on the board for DanceWorks Chicago, as the Public Events and Fundraising Chair and volunteers as a Producer for the Irresistible podcast.

Alice MacDonald

Research and Inclusion Lead (UK)

After completing her Sociology degree at LSE, where she focused her studies on LGBT+ hate crime and harassment, Alice began working at INvolve as an intern with a passion for research in 2017. Alice now produces original research at INvolve and works on the inclusion team to deliver our various inclusion services and advisory projects. Alice particularly enjoys using qualitative research to unpick issues in the D&I space and find potential solutions to key challenges.

Corine Sheratte

Senior Diversity and Inclusion Lead (UK)

Prior to joining INvolve, Corine completed her MSc in Human Resources Management (Assoc.CIPD) at the London School of Economics and Political Science, and has worked across HR/Recruitment, Diversity and Inclusion and Employee Engagement. Corine is now responsible for producing bespoke reports and trainings for our clients, providing valuable insight into their D&I strategies. Corine is a constant learner, developing her D&I knowledge while educating others on the challenges facing minority groups in the workplace.

Mimi Mbaye

Diversity and Inclusion Lead and Program Manager (US)

Mimi started off her career in recruiting at an educational technology company and eventually moved to HR at Amazon. At INvolve’s New York office, Mimi is responsible for researching, curating, and delivering thoughtful trainings and programs. Mimi is passionate about making a difference for minority identified groups even if it’s on smaller scale, living by the creed: each one, reach one, teach one.

Jane Akinola

Research and Inclusion Intern

Jane is currently studying psychology at university, working with INvolve to boost her industry experience. Within the Inclusion Team, Jane researches current reports and summarises findings to produce key stats which are relevant to our trainings and pitches to clients on the business case for diversity. Jane also helps with our original research pieces and enjoys using the information and statistics she discovers to influence and drive change in businesses.

People and Operations Team

Patrycja Przybylak

EA and Operations Manager

Patrycja looks after all company operations, as well as supporting the client engagement team. Patrycja has lived and worked in lots of different countries and brings a wealth of knowledge and language experience to the team. When she’s not keeping the team in order, Patrycja loves spending time with her French bulldog, and office pet, Freddy.

Joanna Brown

EA to Suki Sandhu

Joanna has many years’ experience as a Personal Assistant working within varies industries, from fashion to executive search to retail. Jo now provides support to INvolve CEO and Founder Suki Sandhu. Jo works closely across the INvolve team helping us to live and breathe equality, diversity and inclusion.
