Following the release of our HERoes Women Role Model Lists 2021, we’re excited to bring together some of this year’s top Role Models to discuss the importance of setting targets for gender representation for 2021 and beyond, the impact of the last eighteen months on women’s equality and how to create businesses where all women can thrive.

Over the course of a year we’ve seen a shift towards conversation and education, accountability and the much-needed realisation that things must change.
